● Co-PMO of a $1M joint venture project in building credit risk model for a top 10 prestigious private JSC bank in Vietnam with 2 tech-leading companies
● Applied SQL in Oracle SQL Developer, SAS to develop the new quantitative model of credit risk management from the current customer database
● Successfully accelerated a 24-month delayed project by deep diving the obstacles and providing insights for the senior PMOs to make decision, executing the revised timeline across 7 workstreams, closely monitoring the daily progress on the ground, and ensuring any arisen issue would be alerted

● Built connection for the marketing in highschool by holding info events, planning cultural exchange programs with clubs
● Conducted end-to-end market research in Vietnam (research method and design, collect and analyze data) among the millennials in establishing a rising Korean high-tech platform service on Karaoke to penetrate the new market
